Products, pricing & availability

Our coffee is roasted to order in small batches, so availability can change. Descriptions, prices, and offerings may be updated at any time. Where ordering is available, prices are shown at the point of order.

Orders

When ordering opens, each order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock). We'll confirm accepted orders by email.

Intellectual property

The Kogare name, brand, text, and imagery on this site are ours and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Kogare is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
