Our Craft
Kogare (焦がれ) means to yearn — to burn with longing. We named the roastery for that quiet pull toward something done with care: beans roasted in small batches, to order, so every bag reaches you close to the roast.
We roast single-origin coffee at a medium to medium-dark level that keeps the cup bold and low in acidity while honouring where the beans came from — approachable specialty, without the snobbery.
