How fresh is the coffee?

We roast in small batches to order and send your coffee soon after the roast, so it reaches you young and at its most expressive.

How should I store it?

Keep the bag sealed, somewhere cool and dark — away from heat, light, and moisture. Whole beans hold their character longer than pre-ground.

Whole bean or ground?

We recommend whole beans, ground just before brewing. Grinding fresh makes a noticeable difference to the cup.

Which roast should I choose?

Lighter roasts lean floral and fruity; deeper roasts lean rounder and sweeter. Each bean lists its roast level and tasting notes to guide you.

Do you ship across Malaysia?

Yes. Delivery options and rates appear at checkout once ordering is live, calculated for your address.

Can I return coffee?

Because coffee is a perishable food product we generally can't accept returns once dispatched — but if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll make it right.
