We roast to order, so your coffee is roasted fresh before it ships — reaching you close to the roast date.
Dispatch
Once ordering is live, orders are roasted and dispatched within a few working days. We'll email you when your order is on its way.
Shipping
We ship across Malaysia. Delivery options and rates are shown at checkout once ordering is available, calculated for your address.
Returns
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we're generally unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. Your satisfaction still matters to us — if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive, contact us promptly using the email below and we'll make it right.
